The biggest risk will be frost and lack of water.
Frost can nip the tops and if hard enough nip the roots as they are not deep enough yet. Frost you can do little about though a layer of fleece over the whole area will help, not sure how big the lawn is though.
The other problem is lack of water, turf has had a good % of the roots removed in the process of lifting it, even now you should water if the weather is mild and dry as it has been here recently.
Also do not walk on it if at all possible.
