I fully intended to, then I got held up at work and got home late, so pasta, smoked salmon, broccoli and mascarpone instead for speed. Hardly "great chieftain o' the pudding race" class but it'll have to do. We'll have the haggis for Mozart's birthday on Friday instead.  ;) ;D
