Joji. Bless em all is what I say. Have spent most of day with Lorna & family. Her little rescue dog loved all the attention. You might have read I am not keen on cats (I wouldn't hurt them) Lorna has two. Son John popped in to Lornas unexpectadly and those cats must know when a person  likes cats. They climbed on his lap and purred like merry hell, he loves them to bits. He is the one who owns Shelby the  GSD I made friends with.  I left a chicken leg on my dinner plate and told Lorna I would eat that later. Tough on me, she gave it to Pepsi.

This is Meggie with her new present Wincy.  She was really tired when I took this picture and her expression is saying "Do I really have to suffer all this.  Mum has had a new camera for Christmas and wants me as the model and I have to pose all the time"

She took to Wincy straight away and takes it everywhere with her.

I hope everyone had a good Christmas.

That look is the look of a dog saying " STAY AWAY FROM MY NEW TOY OR I WILL BE VERY ANGRY "  ;D

Even our poor elderly dog rallied  round on Christmas day and found the energy to sniff and get excited at his present. He is struggling now though which is painful to see. He is deaf and blind and he coughs a lot because of an enlarged heart and has become a little incontinent and walks so stiffly that I have to lift his back end so he can get up. It is heartbreaking looking at him and knowing that he might not be here next year.  Sorry to put a damper on this subject but I am so worried about him even though it has to be accepted when you keep a pet he will get old and die eventually.  My dread is having to make that big decision.  :( busy_lizzie
