The following cultural instructions apply to any gardener in any garden whatever your soil type or location, Organic or otherwise;
Dig a deep trench the length of your bed.
Put in the bottom a good layer of well rotted religion.
Place on top of this your politics (Any).
Fill in the trench and leave it alone!

Lovely brian, will recommend the method to my cantankerous Ukranian lottie neighbour. His rich outpourings on fellow plotholders from Italy and Pakistan, the Poles and the English, would do nicely two spits down ;D
