Cabages
« on: November 16, 2005, 13:00:45 »
I've got cabbages & sprouts on my plot at the moment - the sprouts are very short but are beginning to develop small pea sized sprouts, - will they grow bigger? Plus my cabbages are only just beginning to form a head rather than being loose leafed - is that ok - or will the frost kill them before they do anything?

The answer to your sprout question is Yes

The answer to your cabbage question is probably yes, depending on what variety they are

First time I have succesfully grown brussel sprouts too! Hoping to eat them on Christmass day!! Mine look so cute and small at the moment.
