Flowerlady, the race is on ;D Potted them up yesterday evening and lo and behold the first leaf showing its tip already! Just 23.75" and a flower to go...

I had 2 for christmas and potted them up first week of January. The leaves on both are about 6 inches, but one of them has a flower stalk 35 inches high, growing at 2 inches a day. The bud on top not really starting to swell yet. Watch this space....

This came into flower yesterday. was planted in soil around the 10th Jan. not bad going. A Xmas present in a pot without compost. Dont know the name of it, but here it is...

Jill how is your plant doing?
Mine now has a stem of 20" avarage growth 1" a day, but still no flower yet ;D
