hi, my leeks have rust on the leaves, will this affect them?
some of my leeks are also sporting toilet roll tubes, but they still need earthing up.

Gayle I get it every year, as does everyone else on my site it seems!
Never seems to affect the eating!

Hi Gayle, rust on the leeks is an excuse to haul out the rusty ones and have early baby gourmet leeks! yum ;D Like DP says, it's nowt to worry about, the leeks will be fine ;D ;D
