Not being funny Multi, are they meant to be green? if so do they taste any better than the whites?

Luckily, I still have T&M 2005 handy! It says: "Yes, a green cauliflower! Tasty pure green curds up to 30cm (12in) in diameter [didn't let it get that big]. The crisp tender heads are perfect to use raw with dips as well as cooked, with higher nutritional values than white cauliflowers. Heads have excellent leaf cover and good holding." It was one of the offers - free with any cauliflower [on that page] - not sure which cauli I ordered but don't think it is as good.  :'( Not in the 2006 catalogue (but I still have some seeds left  ;D )
