Chairman
« on: November 17, 2003, 14:49:49 »
Well i've just been elected as chairman of the association  :-/ , don't know how but there you go, i always knew gardeners had no brains ( only joking  ;D ). So i've got loads of ledgers, minutes of meetings, audit reports, you know light night time reading  :-/. The first thing i will do is get quotes for an electric fence  ;D to stop the 'little darlings' taking things ( must check with the council to see if it's legal first ). Any other suggestions would come in handy.

Congratulation Jethro!  Lots of paper work I expect, but I bet you will make a great chairman, with your charm and personality.  Don't let it change you will you -  No delusions of Grandeur mind?  ;Dbusy_lizzie

Thanks for the congrats, we'll see how long it lasts me being a rebel and all  ;D . Wait till they see me go to the lottie on a bike ( just bought one this week- end ) that'll get the old ones muttering what  :o ;D .

Glad to see I am not the only rebel-to-society  :o(motorcyclist) on here  ;D.

Here's a pic of EJ and myself off on a ride:

Not a lot of info there, and not a Harley certainly......but there you go...

Congrats on your Chairmanship!

Tut, posting pictures of me in my leathers indeed!  ::)
I have never really been in Harleys and cruisers, I am much more of a sport bike chick - no good for taking your spade and hoe up the lottie though!

CB500, (passed my big-bike test in Jan 2003) mainly for commuting (80 mile round trip into London every day).

8).........but I love it....... 8)

Promised myself I will keep this bike for a year.........just to get settled.........and I will keep it over the winter at least.............then we will have to see.......

.....don't think I will go for a cruiser type tho'.......too much filtering on the way to work. :o
