Have a lot of friends stuck with this spam and i have found some very nifty software that will kill it:
www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/ProcessExplorer.html(click the very bottom link)
This is nifty software but shouldnt be used without care (cos it can delete system files and kill your computer)
