Tales from the Avairy
« on: November 24, 2003, 13:02:28 »
It was a bright , fine morning and everything was right with the world, the sky was blue, the sun was shining and the grass was green. Mr Crow woke up and was feeling extremely frisky and so decided to stretch his wings and look for someone to soothe his aching.....

The grass was green and the sky still blue when Mr Crow flew over a hedge. Sitting in the hedge was a little bluetit. Mr Crow looked down, liked what he saw, swooped dowm and had his wicked way with the bewildered bluetit. Unfortunately Mr Crow was unimpressed with the experience and continued his search for fulfillment. However the bluetit sat in her hedge and said.... "Well I'm a little bluetit and I've had a little bit.... and I liked it"

Meanwhile Mr Crow continued on his way and the next thing he flew over was a church and on the roof sat a little dove.... He swooped down had his wicked way and flew off still very unimpressed by the whole event.....
The dove sat on the roof and said......"Well I'm a Little dove and I've had a little love..... and I liked it"

The next thing Mr Crow flew over was the village pond and on that village pond sat a little duck. Once again Mr Crow swooped down and had his wicked way but this time the earth moved, bells rang...... Mr Crow was more than satisfied!!!

and..... the little duck sat on the village pond and said.........."Well I'm a little drake and he made a big mistake..... but I liked it!!!....."

Hahaha, but only after I looked up the word 'drake' in the dictionary. Thanks, funny!

I liked it too, and I`m not sulking in my shed - I`ve just gone all ... well, unrude for the purposes of this Board.  However, the walls of the bicycle shed are rapidly being papered with the good ones.

Magpie, I was thinking about taking advantage of Hugh's private tutorials but I'm afraid I won't be able to understand his fancy language use. Also, if I showed up at his shed, he'll probably think I'm spying for the European Union somthing or other to see if he has any prohibited stuff in his shed or accuse me of bringing plant diseases from the continent onto his land. So, because of my Meldrewfobia I better stay clear. I'll just make do with my dictionary hahaha.

No Ina. If you showed up in my shed you would be treated courteously, and with all the sympathy with which we British welcome refugees from repressive regimes.

Apologies Hugh...didn't realise you were busy preparing the shed for your visitors!!
Maybe Tim's colourful paper would be more suitable than your colourful language for the "ladies" ?  ;)  ;D
