I am chuffed, both for us and  for my Gramps!  He is off to Oz in 2 weeks time to stay with family, and they normally rub his nose in our cricket failures whilst he is there.  Just think of the grief he is going to give them, for 3 full months!   :o

oZzY, you must have been on the funny stuff again. Always said England would win indeed! Way back on 18th Oct. you said that when we met Wales "that`s where the train stops for England".  On 27th Oct. you were predicting Ireland to win the Cup.  You must have been practising in advance for your pantomime tree - swaying this way and that with every passing breeze, changing your forecast with every round.

You only forecast England to win when it was obvious to everybody that we would.

I don't think I've watched a more exciting game in my life !!!

They're saying it's our best sporting achievement since '66

And it was all done after our own Sports Minister had to come home to save the Health Bill.  What`s the betting Tony Blair has his photo taken with the team and tries to claim all the credit?
