who ate my raddishs?
« on: August 30, 2005, 06:25:15 »
I had two rows of plump raddishs ready to pull yesterday but nearly all of them have been nibbled . Does this mean that I have pesky critters in my soil eating things? If so how do i get rid of them?  Does this explain why two rows of seeds reecently sown near to the raddishs have not emerged, have they been eaten too?

Nitram it may be the maggot that have eaten your radishes, I know that they are prone to being attacked by maggot at certain times of the year.

So how do I get rid of the maggots? Are they living in my soil or just passing by?
