A Christmas Carol

`Tis the season to be jolly,
Tra-la-la-la-laaaa-lala-la-la-la.
Gordon Brown needs lots more lolly,
Tra-lal-la-la-laaaa-lala-la-la
Needs more lending,
For his spending,
Tra-la-la-lalala-la-la-la.
Tried to fudge it,
In his budget,
Tra-la-lalaaa-lala-la-la.
`Tis the season to be funny,
Tra-lal-la-la-laaaa-lala-la-la,
Going to give the kids some money,
Tra-la-la-la-laaaa-lala-la-la.
Going to give them all a handout,
To invest `till they`re eighteen.
Tra-la-la-la-lala-la-la-la-la.
But by then it won`t be worth owt,
`Less they add more in between.
`Tis the season to be dashing
Tra-lal-la-la-laaaa-lala-la-la,
Gordon Brown will soon be bashing,
Tra-lal-la-la-laaaa-lala-la-la.
Your back pocket,
Don`t you mock it,
Tra-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la.
He can spend it
As fast as you send it.
Tra-la-la-la-la-laaaa-lala-la-la.

Oh my goodness, is it time to start the official Hugh Jones Fan Club ..... membership requirements include overwhelming awe for the word-miesters (spelling?- not good at foreign linguistics); an appreciation of a bizzare but very funny sense of the absurd, and I'll be the first to sign up - Hugh you are the sunshine in our foggy lives :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*
(does this mean I still get the private tutorials ;))
