Colin is the epitome of the perfect gentleman, and I`m quite convinced that, having misquoted John Miller over runner bean trenches, he has now thought it necessary to go to the USA and apologise to John in person.

I agree with Budgiebreeder. Come back Colin, you are sorely missed.

...and even, optimistically, assuming that she'd be at her lottie in driving rain...dense fog..or a blizzard?

Hey! Unless she's growing snow peas, of course? Do miss not seeing her here - so high spirited and made us all so welcome. - Lish

Hi! I too was wondering about Colin. You do get attached to seeing people on the Board and when they are not there, you hope that everything is okay.

I missed Ceri too a while back and seeing as she is part of the Geordie contingent, I thought I would e-mail her to see how she was.  She replied that all was well and that she is just "stowed out" with Christmas preparations etc. and would be back when things had calmed down a bit.   Hope Colin is fine too and we hear from him soon.  It is funny Diane, but I used to think there was something about Colin and Hugh that was similar too.   ;D busy_lizzie
