Shame, Lottie, I was rather looking forward to the Finnish ;D
For myself I am an optimist - it does not seem to be much use being anything else.

I've updated my website links page as to lottie blogs.  Before, I had active and non-active blogs, now I've got a third section for A4A members' blogs (whether active or not) with the username too. So far I've only put up lottie blogs, not personal blogs with occasional sections on lotties.

Anyone object? (It's not gone live yet)

Mine's moribund at the moment as I'm only getting up for a few hours each weekend and it hardly seems worth writing about. Must do better :-[

<moonbells wakes up and notices she's not read this thread in a while>

M$ word I'm afraid! Ages ago I did a 1cm to 1m scale grid of the plot and grouped all the little squares, then added in the permie features (and grouped them) and then added the beds as they were done each year. Now they tend to be permie bed locations too which makes it easier to change each year.  You group the lot, then finally do free-floating lettering boxes with the labels in, and colour code them for each veg type.

Then at the season end, you just play with your mouse and the labelled boxes, moving them all to new positions. I keep previous years' plans so I can check the rotation is working.  I've just shifted from 3 year to 5 year, so things just got more complicated!

I just wanted to say I am loving spending time reading all your blogs - and this site.  I do feel a bit of a cheat as I don't even have an allotment....but have started my own blog anyway.  So far it is about NOT having a plot....but one day.....one day..... :)
