Don't have a copy personally. However, I've done a swift out-of-print/second hand search through addall.com, and have found a couple of dozen for sale. Prices start at about £50 plus p/p.

Also try your library - they can do inter-library loans from different areas if they don't have it, for a modest charge.  Probably a lot cheaper than buying! :>
