My quit date is 6th Jan, (kids back at school, festivities over etc.) I wos just gonna sit here at my computer day after day cos I don't smoke upstairs! I am going to try the patches, and see how it goes.........................anyone care to join, we could start a quit smoking day!!  DP

Definately works and also body feels somehow balanced and no withdrawals whasoever.... also when get acued I loved it.. lying there involved with the ancient and the new at the same time.... and I was in there a good hour maybe more... time just did not matter... and the twanee massage.... dead nice....

Pressie heaven!  I got a smoothie maker - tis fab!  I've been mushing up fruit and veggies all week - hours of fun, but decided celery n tomatoe juice with chilli is not what it's cracked up to be - just turns into stringy mush - bleurgh...

Most unexpected pressie was chocolate potatoes from Tenuse.  Look like tattys, come in a sack, taste like chocolate...joy!

They do other chocolate veggies too...bizarre!
