Trouble is trying to walk away from 17 years..... both hurting so much.... when we buried Jamie we buried us too.. so far can numb... didnt have a clue what was going on around us... then the trial... total head fork...
my wife and I are still lost there somewhere.. my wife moreso than me... we loved each other so much once.. can never leave her in darkness.. will make her strong again... that is my oath..

Yo Mystic

It is not sad.. its my life and if I couold go back and change things...  I wouldn't. sounds hard and uncaring but we are what our environment makes us.. mahn you want sad... children dying in Iraq..Afgahnistan.. or children having their parents
blown to bits by BRITISH cluster bombs... sheeesh my world is a lot more stable than that thang called society... also know Falkland Vets who have been totally neglected and they have sunken into crime. alcoholism, drug adiction. prison.. once they were heroes... see what I iz trying to say... in the grand scheme of things Iam dead lucky.. and that air no matter how stale is still air....

oooh and still not smoking.. gonna have a relaxing acu this friday to get me ying and yang into cool mode..
cheers mystic.... d you know you can actually do courses here in acupuncture... I can do that
stick pins in peeps and let their Qi (chee) flow back into line with nature..... ohm ohm ohm... love I do absolutely love it....

I had my aura pic done on PC not long ago - shows your chakras all glowy n colourful - it's done in real time so you can see your aura changing as you think of and look at different things....

The only time my chakras all balanced was when I was talking about s*x - before that my base chakra (between ya legs) kept flashing - she said "maybe it's trying to tell you something" - thought that was funniest thing I'd heard in months...

Maybe acupunture could balance me out and stop bits of me flashing  ;D

The trouble is,oz that with all the stress he gets at work it is like his crutch, and he has always found it very hard to give up.he has tried but never really succeeded.Worse still, tonight it looks like that job offer we had such high hopes of,could fall through. That is the company through and through.now he could be out of work by friday. We are so worried and he is very upset at the way he has been treated.
But as you say, there are worse things so we must be thankful for what we have got.

Fingers crossed for you Margaret.  As I am beng severed by the NHS due to them not being able to hold my job any longer, as still waiting for operation and have been off work since April, know just how nerve racking it can be.  Especially, as they stopped paying me in December!  Whatever happens, you will cope and we will all be rooting for you. :) :) :)

Thanks once again, you kind people for your best wishes and encouraging words.Today will be spent by hubby ringing round agencies and a couple of possible openings. He is not prepared to wait any longer for the wretched company to throw him a few crumbs.I am going to trawl through everything I can find in line, they have local jobs advertised. And type out a new C.V.for him.Together, and with you all routing for him,SOMETHING has got to turn up.I know how hard it will hit him if he is out of work.Lets face it,the government only helps if you come from another country and have paid diddly squat.he has paid in all his working life,37years,but i bet we get nought.

Sorry oz to borrow your post.;I know you won't mind. Are you really going to work in Asda?

Margeret

I was speaking metorphorically (dunno about spelling).. but heyyes if I felt groovy in asda yeah .too right I wuld work there.. also would be so happy to get a degree and then become a road sweeper or something... cuz it aint what you do.. its the way that you do it..

Margeret.. when I dies I dont want.. "he was good at his job although it killed him" on my headstone.... naw I want....

see ya later aligators

its nice when work and happines exist together in harmony... but
when only one is present.. happiness must always come first..

all the best to you both Margeret....
