Cookout
« on: July 05, 2005, 14:58:52 »
This is a pic of my new cooker.  I stayed all day on the plot over the weekend so had my dinner there.  Lamb steak with onions, peppers, courgettes etc and a cold lager to wash it all down with.

Ahem ...... Won the Best Newcomer Lotty Award  :o         Chest swelling with pride  ;D

Well, there should have been a pic but the flipping says the file is too big to upload or sommat.  No, it's not.  Dan, Dan are you there.  I can't post pics.  Help

Ah, just realised.  Is it cos I've not paid lately?  :-[

That's the sort of thing my wife used to cook on in West Africa, where it's much too hot for a Western-style kitchen.

;D Those spuds look delish ;D that Cuc looks bigger than mine shoosh! ::) ;D and I've just discovered that (and admitting to the World) I have been pulling my spuds backwards :o Ouch! apparently I planted them the opposite way to what I intended, I've been eating lates and tasty too! instead of first earlies, ah well they are probably quite big now ::) :P and painful :o

Your neighbour wants to cook in her garden so you shouldn't cook in yours? What sort of nonsense is that?

If it's smoke that causes the problem, why not use barbeque charcoal to cook with?
