Yo peeps

Had me acu again today.. and me yang was low it was....

so Doc told me to strip dow to me kelvins then jumped o meand made mad .. no sorry that didnt happen at all, oz, just cuz you think it, doesnt make it so..

anway lying on me back i had to acu pins in me feet, 2 pins either side in each knee.. 2 in my tummy either side of me belly button.. 1 in each hand and two either side of me elbows... layed there for about 40 mins
during which doc came in every 10 mins and twiddled me.. after tha i had to lie on me tummy where i had 2 pins stuck in either side of me ankles 1 pin behind each knee, 2 pins eiter side of my lower spine.. 1 pin in each shoulder blade and a pinin back of neck... again same process 40 mins wiv sum twiddling in btween.... then it was tui na massage to finish me of.....

results... mahn i feels like bruce lee... total balance and a new focus.. crimbo drained me yang mahn and needed restoring. and i feel dead good and so bal-al-al-unced itz coool...

also brought some herbal tablets
to help me qi flow better, have to take 16 tbs 8 of each kind.. 3 times a day... but have total faith in chinese medicine, as they have stopped me smoking...

tell ya me yang and me ying are like that now... moving in harmony and me being a tiger anda thunderbirder its dead important to have yer ying and yang straightened out and balanced...

plus lovely lady doc is a bonus too

tell ya had about 5 mybe 6 pints okay about 8.... 9 is my last
admiion , but when i walked home..me stumble ws well balance it was.... stuble to the right thenstumble to theleft with equal stumblynessness

still the experience of it all was so brilll.... western medicine sux  acu and the ancients rools

mahn I feels so balanced it is unreal... can walk and feels like my feet are gliding along the surface... and can groove e way up me garden path and get it
