Hi RB,

we are in the process of signing up for broadband at the moment........with a company called Giointernet.......(it was the most "economical" we could find).

So far......they have got us the line sorted quite quickly....all we have to do is get an ADSL modem and we should be off..................but it is never that easy........

If it works.........................there will be posts of jubilation from this household!!!

Who's so boring?  Have you thought about reading before speaking?  Perhaps it might be a good idea if you read some of the posts before being quite so disdainful!

Why Jo? You have barely been registred here for three weeks and you start making negative statements about people on this board?

You may have noticed that newbies are always welcomed into this community but when you start disrupting the friendly admosphere here, you may find yourself isolated to the point where nobody will reply to your postings anymore.

Normally I ignore statements of this kind but I replied this time because you are new and may not have noticed yet that we are all cyber friends here. This is not the great debate board on the beeb where it seems to be a sport to cut people down on a personal level.

Please do integrate and enjoy this board for what it is, a friendly place. -ina

Yo peeps dont be too hard on Jo.. probably does'nt realise
that due to very sadistic and brutal teachers, I left skooly when I was 12, learnt maths by going to shops for everone and giving them back the wrong chang
:) change even.. and my reading is down to the broadsheets... now this bit here that I am about to share really does hurt me and it is something I find very hard to overcome.. I cant read any fiction, have tried but
memory of evil english teacher biatch always wins... I would love more than anything to be able to pick up a novel and get lost in that world where the author wants to empower your immagination... that world is closed to me... can read manuals. gardening books no problema....

sorry peeps getting a bit emotional here... that teacher was so cruel to a boy so young
stop this Oz..

xxxxx

now Jo can understand why I cant
string sentences together no need to rub my nose in it, but am sure Jo is nice peep just lacking a bit of understanding thats all... am always ready to talk

Oz

I sometimes have difficulty understanding what Ozzy says in his posts but I accept it as being the way he is and DONT go around moaning about it. If I did I am sure I would become very unpopular, very quickly.

This said i am learning to get the gist of 'ozzy speak' as I think the rest of you have.

must agree with most of you, leave ozzy alone,l am a new to this site (about a week l think) and l have just had one of the best weeks of my life talking and listening to what other people have to say on are great subject of gardening (and other things on the chat board...like how that very nice lady Doris is thinking of taking me to bermuda) lt does not matter how people speak or write, it is what they know and how they treat other people in the world that matters.  8)

   Long live oz
