I am really keen on red wine any recipes for home made reds please would be appreciated. Living in England we do not have much in the way of berries. I have made Elderberry and Blackberry both maturing nicely now.

I think you've probably got the best two, but also blackcurrant, bilberries, plum, damson and sloes and the various other blackberry alikes (loganberries &c) can be used. You can also make up blends and freeze the fruit until you've got enough.

Try http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/index.asp for recipes.
