Have a look at this plastic greenhouse on eBay. Up to £53.00 at time of posting. I think most of you on here could make a profit on yours from wilco's?

I have seen those greenhouse's in the shops for less than that price i think it was Focus DIY
£53 for an over grown kite ;D
i think you would be better looking for a green house in the papers adds with glass missing if you want a cheap and plastic greenhouse.
Then cover it yourself.
One of those wouldnt last 5 minutes on my plot it would be blown to the top of Blackpool Tower in no time.
Ron
We got one from focus (4 tier 5ft by 3ft by 1ft 7in) for £19.99!!
Sorry I don't do metric. :)
RRP £59.99 (or so they say)
Current bid £53
Postage £9.95
Total £62.95
I hope it's not someone from here whose bidding.
Everyone knows you can buy them in the shops for less than RRP...don't they?
But then, if you're in the middle of nowhere it would cost you more in petrol...
They had these in our local Morrisons a few weeks ago for £19.99 - look identical to the e-bay one. We should have bought a few as an investment :). Did think about getting one but decided to keep an eye on the local paper for a proper greenhouse - never quick enough though as whenever we find one someone has always beaten us to it :(. Will have to try and try again...
I saw them in wilkos the other week reduced to 7.99 :o
That looks terribly flimsy doesn't it?
I think it would get blown away out of my garden, too.
LOL at the thought of it flapping about on top of Blackpool Tower, Ron! :D
It went for £60.00, + postage :o :o :o
My identical one was one of the Morrisons ones for £19.99!
I just dont believe some people £60 for an over sized carrier bag
Ron
:) thought you would all have comments on this one. Just shows how eBay fever works!!
Ron I'm going to get one so I can try hang gliding. lol
d**n!!!! I should have bought more than one when they were in my local Morrison's. 300% profit isn't bad at all
Mine's in my back yard & to stop if flying away I've tied several bricks to the base to weight it down. I've then stood all my containers on the bricks to help drainage with the toms, cucs, capsicums etc
CC
I'm not bragging but .....
I got an 8 x 6 for 1p at the weekend. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4385325332&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1 The husband was selling it because wife had slipped and fallen into it and badly cut herself so he just wanted rid of it - he had a "buy it now" offer of 1p. Strangely he said that several people had added it to their wathcing lists.
He supplied lots of tea as I was dismantling it and didn't even want the 1p - it only needs 3 panes of glass (and erecting!) so now I have somewhere to put all the "spare" tomatoes. He gave me a glowing report stating that I was a "Prompt payer, prompt collection, excellent ebayer. Good tea drinker"
Phil
Phil - jealous emoticon required. But then I'd also need another 8ft x 6ft piece of sunny land to put it in... Do you think ebay sell those?
Wow! Well done, Phil :o
That has to be the best bargain EVER! Well done Phil! ;D
I DON'T BELIEVE IT!
Flippin eck Phil what a bargain you Jammie Dodger ;D well done ;)
Ebay is terrible for that. You start bidding and are so scared of missing out that you carry on bidding, forgetting you have to add the postage fees ... ::) ::) :-\
I bought my little plastic greenhouse from a local shop (6 foot tall x 2 foot deep x 4 foot wide) for a fraction of the price!
Some people have more money than sense ! ;) ::) :P ;D
:) eBay hint for the day ALWAYS put words like 'rare' 'valuable' 'not often available' in your heading. People bid before they check out your claims!!!
Yes I have sold on eBay, but don't make outrageous claims. No I'm not telling my ebay name LOL Best sale book bought in a job lot at auction for £8 sold for £110. It was fairly rare one of only a 1,000 printed and a first edition, but in really awful condition. A lot easier than a greenhouse Phil but it lets in little light and therefore grow rotten tommies.
What a rip off. Our 6x4ft was half that price including 3 tier table and tie down points from webbs of wychbold.
It's not Ebay's fault if you bid too much, always work out your max price before you start
