- not a pest - & you could not call it a weed?
Chelsea next year??
That's lovely Tim
MM
we've got that too!
one thing we've got and so does everyone in the hamlet-a tiny marron leaved clover type with a small peach flower-self seeds itself inbetween the paving-its so nice but i cant find it anywhere in my books..
very dainty
- and useful?
We had to look it up - http://www.botanical.com/botanical/mgmh/a/avens083.html
What a fascinating plant. Where do you find all these sites Tim ???
Patience? Time on my hands? Trying every lead you can think of. It took me 10 min tonight to find a supplier of broad leaved thyme. Tried all sorts of entrées till I found a really great chap in Suffolk.
Kitty !! We have tons of the stuff ! I never planted it so it must have brought in with the wind ! And very pretty they are too. :D
yes-they're lovely-you dont know what they are then?
i bet they are the very divil to grow on purpose! ;D
Hi Kitty
Unfortunately I do not know what they are. They are very small and perfectly formed. the colour is maroon/bronze and beautiful !
It grows on my patio between the slabs.
Have done a google without success but will carry on looking.
;D :D
perhaps we ought to get tim on the case-he seems to have great success a-googling! ;D
Need a photo.
lets hope marianne is better than me at this 'ere computing lark!
the chances of me actually posting a photo on here run the same odds as me winning the london marathon..... ;)
Thought it looked kind of familiar Tim - I have water avens. :)
