Well down here in the south east it is abominable.  We had monsoons on Saturday and the wind is blowing like hell!  Beware wig wearers !  ;D ::)

I feel sorry for the roses on the arch as they have taken a look for the worse with all that water !
In fact I have had to deadhead quite a lot of them ... :( :-\

Been out for most of the day in the garden today, had a fairly pleasant day really.
The borders were damp enough to be able to lift the weeds with ease and the winds were cool enough to blow me down whilst working up a bit of a sweat.

A perfect gardening day i would say  ;D

Today I was actually glowing on the plot! One extreme to the other, and I forgot to put sunscreen on, or take my hat!  Did remember my bottle of water though :D

I was dragged kicking and screaming to the lottie this morning.

It was warm but looked as if it would rain. It didnt. As I got home and made a bite to eat the sun came out and its roasting here now.

Our lottie is right next to the river so we often have a cooling brezze, or should I say, a flipping howling gale.   ::)

You can get thermal rubber gloves for working in cold rooms.  What size hands and do they need to also be waterproof?
