Title: Outside my London window
Post by: Deleted on May 17, 2005, 21:39:59
I live in Thamesmead (London), opposite a canal. Today so far we have 11 goslings hatched, numerous baby moorhens and baby coots (cooties??), and the grebe, swans and ducks are still sittig on their nests. Not bad for Thamesmead, SE London?

Dawn thats a fab view. Awwww I love goslings, I could watch them for hours. They can be so amusing when they struggle to keep up or to negociate the river bank. But mum is always there to help out. Lucky you!

What a fabulous view Dawn.  It must be difficult to tear yourself away from it.  Would be tempting to just sit there watching all day. busy_lizzie

Marianne I have them stored in my MSN site.

Hi Maz, sorry I am not familiar with MSN.  I use Photobucket which is unbelieably easy to use, even for novices.

Hopefully you will be able to find the problem - otherwise, open a Photobucket account (it is FREE!) and follow the instructions.

GOOD LUCK Maz!   :D ;D

Maz, give photobucket a whirl, i find it that bit easier than msn, ive only just started using photobucket since we came on this site, but its definitely worth a try.

Have a go and see what you think  :)

Cheers Roy.

Actually I have had a bit of a tidy up and a planting session since then.  All those pots and stuff have gone and the water is a little less green in that pond, unlike the other one which is diguised as peasoup atm.   ::)
