Flowering now, but no label.
Howdy doodle. :) Is it a Sieboldii? ???
If you look at Tim's thread - Some Like It Hot, in the Gallery- it looks to be the same clematis. To my untrained eye anyway, so he may be able to tell you.
Does to mine too, but there is no Clematis with Lord or Lordship in its name which is white.
BUT having said that, we now think it is possibly Miss Bateman.
Hmm, may be Henryi, the petal shape may not be exactly right but the col,our to the centre looks OK???
Very nice what ever it may be!

Does it have a green bar on first opening like this. If so, Miss Bateman.
'His Lordship' referred to Lord Steve's 'Ville de Lyon' earlier.
They are all rather stunning! ;D
Eric - in the light of day, just noticed that yours does have a green bar!
Out of all the names suggested, we actually only have Miss Bateman at flowering size, so she must be it. Ta!
You're so welcome!!
