Spring has sprung and the fronds on my ferns are awakening, isn’t nature grand. 8)

So tactile! So fury!! You can see why my number one son couldn't resist stroking them, then picking them, then removing the entire fury soft growing centre out of our tree fern!!!

Just noticed my fern only yesterday starting to burst from the
ground, funny how when you keep checking a plant, waiting for it to pop up and its like...nothing....nothing.....nothing....and then all of a sudden its there grinning at you, well thats how it was yesterday with my fern. :)
they look so cool! I just want to stroke them. But at the same time they look so weird!

that's what happened to me H. i thought i'd lost it then all of a sudden it was unfurling right in front of me~ **squeals of delight** ;D ;D ;D
