Title: Autumn Flowering Bulbs????

Anyone know when is best to plant autumn flowering bulbs - thinking August / early September ??

Also any good varieties that are easy to grow / hardy / slug resistant ?

It depends what you mean by Autumn flowering, If you are thinking of Nerines, Crocosmia and  ones like that then you are a little late, most of them are now in the ground.

If you are talking about Colchicums and the true Autumn flowering crocus then you have a little while to wait, as ordering for these is just starting in the next week or so.
