Post by: Diana on May 06, 2005, 09:57:29
HELP!!!

This morning mu Watermelons, Butternut Squash and Climbing French Beans are all droopy.

Any ideas?

Could it be they just got too cold last night?

Will they recover?

Anything I can do to help / not hinder???

Hi Diana, :D
the night before last wasvery cold here North Hampshire only 3.5dgs C, my tomato plants were in a mini greenhouse with a parrafin heater in & still they were very droopy in the morning. I brought them inside  & by the evening they had all recovered , I hope your plants will do the same

Thanks Adrian

Mine have picked up today once things warmed up a bit.

Will have to keep a closer eye on overnight temps - got a bit of a shock this morning
