Here is a good tip to judge when it is the best time to sow seeds outdoors.

When the weed seeds start to germanate and grow it is time to sow your veg outdoors :) And the tender ones a little later!

Hey thanks, I'd hadn't thought of that. I will be watching the weeds from now on, not just dig them up ;D ;D
