I am Hazelnut, 29, my partner is 35, and our two boys are 5 and 2. We live in East Sussex, on the coast, and have had an allotment for two years - this is our first proper year as the first was trying to get it all dug!
So we have a bit of an idea on things, but looking forward to being here and asking tons of questions and hopefully answering a few too!

Hello & welcome from a fellow newbie ;D
Hi rosebud, I can see your blue rose and daisies now and very pretty they are too :)
Welcome from another recent newbie.I am already addicted to logging on daily.First part of your surname(hazel) is also first part of my surname. East Sussex, Oh boy did I love living in the little village of Mayfield from 1967 to 1972. Moved to the Fens in 1972 as my late husband wante a garage and filling station but couldn't afford one in East Sussex. I am a 70yr old novice, haven't got as lottie but love my garden, have only grown(in the veg line) runner beans and toms but I am now looking to grow more veg. I am on my own but have got four kids who will certainly make use of any produce I grow. So much info to be gained on here. Good Luck Lorna
