Have grown lots of different Amaranthus over the years, and didn't realise until recently that you can eat the young leaves of even the ornamental varieties ! Similar to spinach, apparently !Â
Sorry, have not tried the Cereal Grain one, but I'm tempted, as it looks a stunner !  :)
