Title: Useful Site
Post by: Georgie on April 23, 2005, 20:06:07
Apologies if this has been mentioned before but I read about this site today and thought I'd pass it on.  I'm waiting for my registration to come though as I type...

Hi Marianne.  Just a word of warning.  My 'registration' didn't come through by email as promised but I've discovered I can post messages using my login and password anyway.  Strange eh?

I've just looked at their recommendations for successful wildlife gardening and, even if I say so myself, I'm doing pretty well considering my garden is so small.  One thing I haven't managed so far is to let a patch of grass grow all season without cutting it to provide shelter for baby frogs, grasshoppers and lots of insects.  How big would such a patch need to be to be viable do you think?
