apparently. according to the BBC. i suppose on the plus side it'll have to stop raining for there to be a frost wouldn't it?

No frost for us although they did say minus 2°C for Friday night and now changed their minds ::)

it doesn't mention it on the website for my area either but it said on tv this morning.

If ya spuds are comming through the best idea is to earth them up then it protects them from the frost and also it means you can get a bigger crop as well!
