First get a wheely bin.

Take the wheels off.

Sink one end in a washing-up bowl full of concrete. Leave it for 3 days. Put bowl back in kitchen before OH finds out.

Place concrete floor tile on top and place flowers or drinks on it.

Revolves through 360 degrees.

Where do you get all the wheelie bins from? They are as rare as rocking horse wotsit in these parts
