I was given some chinese lantern seeds, but don't have any room to plant them.
Happy to post them on to anyone who wants them.
Anna
?Physalis franchettii is what I know as Chinese lanterns.
Physalis (sp??) are Chinese lanterns. As far as I know these are ornamental ones not edible. Or I might be wrong...
Both of the commonly grown species produce edible(?) fruits and are grown as decorative plants too.
Hello Anna, I would love to try some, please.
Thank you, Chloe
OK - I have two takers, so I'll split them (I think there's about 50). :0)

Thank you, Anna.
Hi Anna, Just a little posting to say thank you for replying to my e-mail. Have posted back today. Thank you very much for your kind offer. Have seen thse growing and they look very pretty and ornamental. Best Wishes, busy_lizzie :D
Hi, posted yesterday, in placcy bags as I'm out of envelopes.
I don't have any specific advice over growing, but apparently you sow spring or summer and keep at 15 degreen for 3-4 weeks.
