Every now and again I enjoy making this Brioche Vegetarian Stack Bun,it changes whatever I have on hand,today it was Aubergine,Red Pepper,White Onion Slice,Large Salad Onions,Large Field Mushroom and a slice of Halloumi,all seasoned well and griddled with a spray of Olive Oil.

Layered in the Grilled Bun and enjoyed !!!!!!!!!!!

a few salads Olives and some Wild Garlic Oil.....Black Cherries for Pudding.
