Thanks to my darling Ava, this Bank Holiday Monday morn was spent in a field full of horses shovelling manure into sacks and the boot :-\ of the car to fill up my compost heap at the lottie. Finally, have got myself a local supplier of the brown stuff, and the great thing is, no straw or shavings, just clean pooooooooooooo!
And the man himself, in action.
I must get a car with 4 wheel drive.......... ;) ::)
......and maybe one or two of those "fresh-smelly-hangy-things" to keep the pong down........ ::) ;D
There's a field behind my house and they've just put horses in it! But they've put that electric fencing up as well. How can I collect poo without getting electrocuted ;D (I'm too fat for limbo dancing)
Answers on a postcard ;D

What is the man himself looking for in that bag of poo? Easter eggs?
Good stuff EJ!
Lucky you :) Will have to get off my backside and find a supplier round my way for poo too
Hahahaha, do you realize how funny your remark is Moggle?
"Get off your backside to look for a supplier of poo"?........look no further, you were sitting on it hehehe.
;D ;D ;D Moggle/Ina
EJ - lucky old you! And lucky horse owners. From the horsey person point of view, "poo picking" as we call it, is one of the most tedious equine jobs. I bet the yard owners loved you for doing that!
It's typical - I have very easy access to tonnes of horse poo, being a horse rider. (I'm at the stables twice a week!) but as I don't have a car, it's really hard for me to bring any home (I'm not prepared to load up my back pack and carry poo on the tube. Other travellers think I smell enough - when I'm in my riding clothes - as it is!)

ava-just get ej to take more baths..... ;D
