I have noticed that when I reply or initiate a new post that the tool bar is missing???????
Meaning I have to add html tags manually when I want to add a link, image, quote etc.
What I want to know is this local to my PC.
Is it affecting everone????
Or is it another of those gliches that has been brought about due to getting windows 10????
No the smiles and font settings etc. are missing here as well on windows 7 ..could well be there has been an update and Dan needs to adjust the settings for posting again.
I'd noticed that, no idea what to do about it though.
Now where is the "embarrassed smiley"
Curious ... I'll have a look and figure it out.
Thanks
Dan
Yep, gone here too. Windows 7 and Chrome if that is useful info.
more .. Win 7 user also. Chrome does not display them, as mentioned above .. nor does Internet Explorer.
Hi Ya, I have windows 10 and noticed that as well. I though it was just me hit a wrong button. When I saw the smileys I could not add them and it is on another site as well which now makes me think it's the windows programme. Here's hoping some one can throw some light on it, excuse the pun.
I seem to be getting a box for adding pictures below the message box.
And yes it does seem to work.
Here is spring on NT Sherborne estate,
But I have lost the other menus. Using windows 10. I hate windows 10. Bring back windows 7.
Fingers crossed I've fixed it, a silly mistake by me during routine maintenance!
Thanks
Dan

Not working for me on Chrome :-(
I can attach pictures but have no smiley or other options etc to edit posts (using chrome).
Hmmm ....
I use Chrome and it is working for me, but only on full reply not quick ... can you try doing a CTRL-F5 on the reply screen, or closing and restarting Chrome?
Thanks
Dan
Restarting Chrome didn't work
Using CTRL-F5 did
:icon_cheers:
Cheers Dan
:wav:
ps using full
All Ok on Firefox too....used ctrl F5
Thanks Dan :director2:
Smileys etc aren't there on my quick reply, but are all present and correct on full.
Thanks Jayb :sunny:
Probably some odd caching issue as it now seems to be working.
Restarting the browser didnt fix it but Ctrl - F5 has it sorted on IE and FF..
Some needless bouncy blobs to celebrate!! :blob7: :blob7: :blob7: :blob7: :blob7:
Ta..
Hurray, they are back. :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny:
