Title: Resurrections
Post by: Digeroo on July 20, 2015, 19:15:02
I have been impressed recently by several plants nearly dying and then recovering.

A slug got one of my cucumbers.  I thought there was nothing left but now it has two leaves.   All the leaves went brown on my sweet potatoes but it has come up again green from below.  Some of my runner beans (Firestorm) were caked in black fly and now they are up to the top of the pole and looking fine.

Now I have a courgettes which did not germinated property, it went green but only produced a stump where the root should be. No idea why I potted it, but after two weeks it has suddenly sprouted roots - lots of them.   Oh I remember why it was a special variety - Otto.
