I grow this mainly for the seeds but also use the foliage as a dill substitute. Does anyone use the fleshy stems? They look like they could be used like bulb fennel.

Yes, but only when they are young in spring, later they get too tough for my liking. :wave:
It grows wild along the road from me, used the stalks once to make some wine. A disaster.
