Title: Bread making in a Halogen oven?
Post by: Jayb on July 10, 2014, 09:58:31
I'm just wondering how well bread would bake in a Halogen oven? I've a height extension ring I've not used yet but it would give enough height for a loaf. Any tips would be grand  :happy7:

I've been wondering the same thing, I think you would probably have to turn the loaf over , half way.  love my halogen for so many things but have actually baked bread in my slowcooker. You have to turn the loaf by that method too. The loaves are a funny shape but taste delicious.
