Title: Swarm of bees
Post by: susan1 on June 01, 2014, 23:15:30
Hubster was strimming the grass between our lottie and next doors, and suddenly had to stop near my plum tree when he discovered a bee swarm attatched to the tree, any ideas how to deal with it

If its a full swarm a local beekeeper will be pleased to help, it will populate a hive for him, the local police have details of local keepers

Contact the British Bee Keepers Association - http://www.bbka.org.uk/ - who can put you  in touch with a local bee keeper who'll advise you and can deal with it.
