Title: Mildew on borage
Post by: caroline7758 on May 05, 2014, 18:16:31
Some off my borage which has overwintered on my allotment is covered in what I think is powdery mildew. Should I destroy the plants?

Didn't get any replies to this, and as there were loads of ladybirds on the plants today I decided to leave them be. If anyone thinks this is a bad idea, please let me know!

My Borage dies off in winter and restarts in spring, not sure what you mean by overwintering. You may have already seen this site but if not it may be helpful.

Mine usually dies off as well but we had such a mild winter some of it has survived. Thanks for the link.
