Title: Patches on lawn
Post by: ber77tie on April 27, 2014, 21:10:15
Sorry this isn't an allotment question but I wonder if anyone can help. I have some areas on me lawn which are a lighter green. Any ideas why this may be please? I've heard of leather jackets but not sure how I can tell.

A quick search has found these results & the RHS has a full in-depth guide.

Stones beneath the surface can cause problems.  They can work their way up.

Pictures for us to see please.. It's rather difficult to answer without seeing the evidence... small patches would be different to larger patches..
