We have a crazy paved path which is getting covered with moss. I have tried scraping it but it is an arduous task. Does anyone have something they can recommend that I can spray on that won't kill the adjacent flowers?
Copper sulphate, moderately risky to plants,so apply carefully to path surfaces as solution. Avoid contamination of fish ponds and water courses. Alternative formerly used, coal tar oil# (as Mortegg or Jeyes Fluid,) not now "approved" but still effective!
#Edit : Not for Tarmacadam surfaces.
I killed all the bindweed in the garden when I was a kid, by persistently painting it with copper sulphate solution.
