Just to let you know I written my normal monthly blog post if anyone is interested?.... 'What to do in the kitchen garden in February': http://notjustgreenfingers.wordpress.com/2014/02/03/what-to-do-in-the-kitchen-garden-in-february-2/
Hope it's helpful
I think keeping of the soil here is the thing we can do!!!
I agree and I do put this in my post...but this is just a general guide and I put this also, as the north of the country is always behind the south of the country.
I post this page on my blog just to help people, as I know it was so difficult to find all this information in just one place when I first started to grow veg.
Just to let you all know, I don't make any profit from my blog as this is not the reason I write it....I just want as many people to see how easy it is to grow their own veg....sometimes books and magazines can make it look complicated when it isn't. On my blog I cover all sorts, like clearing an overgrown allotment, green manures and an easy explanation of N_P_K. I learnt this all at horticultural college and through experience and I just want to pass this information on for free.
So I hope you don't mind me posting this page each month when I write it
I send your blog on to the members of my site.
Some one told Mr PKl how much they like it today!
Thank you for that pumpkinlover
I like reading your guide to, but am not even in allotment mode at the moment and wont touch it until things dry out!
Thank you Kirkbyinfurnesslad I agree...if you can't garden for one reason or another then 2nd best is to read about it
