Title: CAN ANYONE HELP
Post by: rosebud on January 26, 2014, 19:46:20
Please. does anyone know of an insurance company that will insure soon after treatment? Our insurance has gone up by leaps & bounds since I had angioplasty last week so we are looking for something a little more reasonable.   Thank you for any help. Rosebud.

I have had similar problems getting travel insurance for OH and I.  If they agree cover for existing conditions, the price is prohibitive.  Is it travel insurance that you are after Rosebud?

If you go to Europe, you could get a European Health Insurance card.  If you have free travel insurance through your bank, they will still cover for loss of baggage and other items not connected to your medical conditions.

I've found SAGA the cheapest for travel insurance for pre exising conditions. Pace maker, diabetes, nephrotic syndrome - they still came out the cheapest and affordable. Might be worth a try.
